All about the trip

Discover the unique landscape of Cappadocia on a comfortable 1-day tour by plane from Istanbul. Admire the natural wonders and rich history of the region as Cappadocia is the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Experiencing Cappadocia is like becoming a hero in a Hobbit movie or landing on the moon. You will see fascinating scenery created by rock formations called fairy chimneys.

Transfer from your hotel to the airport and take the early morning flight from Istanbul to Nevsehir or Kayseri Airport. After your arrival at the airport in Cappadocia, you will meet our driver and guide at the exit gate. He will be at the exit gate with your name board.

A day will begin with an exploration of Devrent Valley (also known as Imagination Valley), where we will see the different types of fairy chimneys, which formed almost 30 million years ago.

We visit a local pottery shop and learn about the traditional craft. After the pottery workshop we enjoy a delicious lunch in a local restaurant.

There are hundreds of cave churches in Cappadocia and we can see some of the most magnificent with amazing interior decorations in Göreme Open Air Museum.

Uçhisar Castle and Pigeon Valley offer more stunning views of the landscape and many opportunities for fantastic pictures.

What to take with you?

Please wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. We recommend to wear shorts, not a skirt that may be inconvenient for the countryside tour. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera. In spring and autumn please bring a light jacket or raincoat with you.
