All about the trip

This is a really genuine day to enjoy and discover one of the most beautiful bays in the world!

First, you will take a bike tour around the city and its bay, and you will learn the history of the most seaworthy Santander. You will understand how relevant has been the bay and port for Santander's history and the Spanish history. We will cross with the "pedreñera" (a small motorboat that unites in regular line Santander with Pedreña) to the other side of the bay. We will have time to enjoy a peaceful picnic before doing our rowing workshop. Finally, we will go out with our trainer, rowing in the beautiful Bay of Santander. We will be just a part of the rowing team of the boat. According to the weather, we will make the route through the Cumbas of the "Puntal" beach. In any case, we will enjoy this genuine and unforgettable experience and make this a wonderful trip to remember. Our captain will also do a short explanation about the nature and birds of the bay.

What to take with you?

We recommend to wear comfortable clothes and footwear for the bike tour. For the water activity, take different footwear to enter into the rowing boat (to access the boat, you will have to pass through the water), warm clothes (according to weather conditions) and a small towel. Some water and snacks could be useful during the day as well.
