All about the trip
After breakfast, we depart for historical Malacca city. On the way, we visit the famous Batu Caves and climb 272 steps to the famous Hindu temple. Ladies have to be properly attired to enter the temple.

The Chinese brought silk and Buddhism to this place, the Siamese ivory and Buddhism, the Indians cloth and Hinduism, the Arabs perfumes, pearls and Islam. Upon arrival to the city, we visit St. Peter’s church, which is the oldest Catholic church converted to an Anglican church. We will learn about the history of the Dutch and Portuguese influence and their architecture.
After lunch at 13:00, we proceed to Chinese temple Cheng Hoon Teng which is the oldest Chinese temple with 3 doctrines – Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. You can enjoy a stroll through Jonker’s Street of antiquities of Malacca’s rich past. Various items from gramophones to wall clocks are available at the local shops. Our return transfer arrives at Kuala Lumpur approximately at 16:00.
