All about the trip

The huge pyramids are amazing, but Egypt has much more to offer. Set on the east bank of Nile River in the southern part of the country, Luxor is the house of incredible underground mausoleums and temples constructed between the 16th and 11th centuries BC.

This tour takes you to visit some of the most amazing sites in this area. You are going to explore the Valley of the Kings, which is the royal burial ground for pharaohs such as Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses II; the Hatshepsut Temple, one of the most astonishing architectural masterpieces of the world; and the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III carved out of quartzite sandstone.

Besides the ancient wonders visited, you also have a chance to sail a felucca, a traditional Egyptian sailboat crewed by locals. While you are cruising to Banana Island, you still can enjoy the last view of the beauties surrounding the Nile River.

This unique journey through an ancient land is sure to be a highlight of any trip.
