All about the trip

Located just 20 minutes by boat from our dive centre, Bunutan is an excellent drift dive situated upon rich coral reef. An incredibly diverse spot, you are likely to see a whole variety of underwater delights at Bunutan.

We even have a saying here at the dive centre: “We never know what we are gonna see at Bunutan!” And nothing could be closer to the truth, as every day there can be a surprise waiting for us there.

You are likely to see all kinds of marine life at Bunutan, we have even spotted whale sharks and giant sunfish in this spot. The coral here is incredibly healthy and vibrant. It’s not unusual to see garden eels and many different varieties of colourful schooling fish.

Typically, we will dive down to depths ranging from 18 – 40 metres here. This dive site is only recommended for certified and experienced divers as the current is strong here.

You must have diving experience and be physically-able to swim to do this activity.

Instructions

Please bring ID and your booking reservation.

You will need to bring your own bathing suit and towel. Dry clothes to change into afterwards are also needed.

What to take with you?

Please bring your own swimwear. You may also bring a waterproof bag with a towel, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks and any other supplies you may need for the day.
