Explore Madeira with a cool and classic Fiat Panda 4x4 in this full-day private safari tour. Your guide will make your adventure fun and easy, and Madeira will give you an excellent reason to explore this astonishing island in the Atlantic.

Your adventure begins with your guide picking you up from your accommodation in Funchal. After that, you go straight to Garajau. From this point, you can experience a fantastic view at Miradouro do Cristo-Rei, where there is a massive statue of Jesus Christ. After that, you head up to Santo da Serra through old roads to observe the untouched nature of Madeira.

Now it's time to enter the Laurissilva forest. This part of the island is classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Here, you can see endemic species of plants and insects, and also fill your lungs with pure fresh air. Meanwhile, your guide talks briefly about safety for a risk-free off-road adventure. He explains the basics of off-road driving, and then you jump to the driver's seat.

You drive by Fajã das Vacas to a small Levada and head in the direction to Portela on a trail full of beauty and fun. Diversion is guaranteed even during the winter when you can find many mud puddles all along the way!

When it is almost lunchtime, you go to visit Santo António da Serra, where you can learn how to cook a traditional espetada to eat.

Following the schedule, you drive to Poiso trough one of the most beautiful roads of Madeira. Now you are going to taste a local beverage called Poncha, which is made of sugar cane rum.

After that you drive to Pico do Areeiro to see Madeira from its second highest peak. This site offers you panoramic views of Madeira.

After a day full of adventure, you can still enjoy driving through old roads, where you can see all the vineyards that are used to make the Madeira Wine.
