All about the trip
The dive site which we take you to for this experience is a truly unique place to make your first exploration into the underwater world!
Located 5 minutes away by boat, this rocky reef is home to an incredible volume of marine life, including Tenerife’s famous Green Turtles, as well as Bull Rays, Atlantic Stingrays and many different types of fish in abundance.
A dive at this site is an unforgettable experience, even for experienced divers. To make your first dive here is a special treat which you should not miss the opportunity to enjoy!
You begin your underwater adventure in the comfortable and familiar setting of our on-site swimming pool. You will meet your instructor at our dive centre, where they will prepare your equipment and introduce you to the basic functions of it. After a short safety briefing, you will be led to the pool to practice the same basic exercises outlined above. Once you have had enough time to become familiar with these new skills you will have some time to swim around the pool becoming accustomed to the new sensations of breathing underwater and swimming with a scuba unit and fins. Once you've had time to master the basics, we will bring you down to the harbour to board the boat. We will take you to one of the beautiful nearby dive sites where your instructor will escort you on a guided tour of the local environment to a maximum depth of 12 metres. This dive will last approximately 40 minutes. After the dive, we return to the dive centre to shower and relax and discuss what we have seen.
We begin at 09:30 at the dive centre and finish at around 15:00.
We operate a maximum ratio of 2 participants to one experienced PADI instructor to ensure that you are always in completely safe hands.Watch on Youtube
