All about the trip

Experience an amazing boat tour to the famous Buddhist pilgrimage site of The Perfume Pagoda. Visit the sacred place built into limestone cliffs and accessible only by boat and on foot.

The journey will take us along the Yen River surrounded by forested peaks and up steep mountain paths.

After a 2-hour drive we board small wooden boats and head towards the Perfume Pagoda enjoying fantastic views of the scenery around us.

Getting off at Thien Tru Harbor we start our way uphill to Huong Tich Cave. The cave houses Chua Trong or the Inner Temple and is decorated with religious statues as well as numerous stalactites and stalagmites.

After lunch we visit Heaven's Kitchen Pagoda. Pilgrims come here to pray for good health and prosperity. We can admire the exquisite architecture and the spiritual atmosphere of the place.

We board our boats again and take the ride back this time enjoying the spectacular views from a different perspective.
